Scope of Services
Mutluagacanaokulu offers landscape architecture, tree planting, garden design and maintenance services for individuals and companies in Romania. All services are provided based on a firm order or a written contract concluded between the parties.
Each project is preceded by a free site evaluation and a detailed proposal, which includes the execution stages, materials used, and the estimated completion date. We do not undertake to perform work that exceeds the specifications agreed upon in writing.
Client Rights and Obligations
The client is obliged to provide accurate and complete information about the land, including any legal restrictions, underground networks, or sensitive neighboring areas. Any modification of specifications after work has begun may lead to adjustments in timelines and costs.
The client is responsible for obtaining necessary permits (e.g., for tree removal or light constructions), if required by local legislation. Mutluagacanaokulu may provide advisory assistance but assumes no responsibility for the lack of these documents.
Liability and Limitations
Mutluagacanaokulu assumes responsibility for the quality of work performed directly by its team, in accordance with professional standards in the landscaping field. The warranty for plantings is 12 months from the completion date and covers only defects caused by improper execution, not natural factors (drought, floods, pests) or lack of maintenance.
In the case of subcontracting certain services (e.g., irrigation or lighting installations), our liability is limited to the selection and coordination of the subcontractor, without covering damages caused by them. Any complaint must be submitted in writing within 7 days of discovery.
We are not liable for delays caused by extreme weather conditions, force majeure, or unavailability of specially ordered materials. In such situations, the completion deadline will be extended reasonably.
Termination and Modification of Terms
The client may cancel the order within 14 days of signing the contract, without penalty, provided that work has not begun. After execution has started, cancellation can only be made with the agreement of both parties and involves payment for work already performed.
Mutluagacanaokulu reserves the right to modify this set of terms, with 30 days prior notice, published on the website. Continued use of services after the modifications come into effect constitutes acceptance of them.
For any dispute, the parties agree to first attempt an amicable resolution. If this is not possible, jurisdiction lies with the courts of Romania, in accordance with applicable law.
